I used a 13" wheel as a christmas tree stand a couple of years ago.
Funny thing is on one hand im think that is quite sad, but on the other hand im thinking good idea maybe i need one lol
looks better than our pipe cleaner tree! lol.
well the good thing is you can actually use it all year round as well so its win, win, win.
