You'll need a custom inlet, the TB base plate is bigger than the boss in the Polo inlet manifold.

Some pics would be good if you got some gaz.

I took mine off my g60 today andy and paired it up to a g40 inlet. I can get two bolts in but its about 4mm or so out for lining up the other two bolts. Not really a lot in it and wondered if anything over in uk had done it. It would also need a few bits blanking up as it has 2 vac feeds and one that connects to the flying saucer, the elec connection is the same and fits as well. Would be good to do though as the big butterfly valve is 52mm which only opens for boost and the smaller one, which is the primary one, has one wedge in it that can be removed easily and is 35mm wide. The re-circ valve is very small though and whistles when open to atmosphere. Reckon the extra 35mm valve would give much of a gain in power at all?

The Portuguese fella with the g60 blower has a g60 throttle body but cant really see how he has it setup. Did try to talk to him when i was going down the g60 route but he said his english was not that great.
