As I use the forum for help and advice (thank you to all that have helped), I found a manual which might be useful to a lot of forum users and thought it was about time to give back :)
I have taken the pictures on my phone and collated the file as a pdf. If some pictures are not clear please let me know and I will retake them.

it's a useful book that, I've got a copy. I did scan the 084 pages and upload them once, quality was pretty awful though (mainly because the pages of the book are so dirty after use!)
