I am breaking the mrs mk3 so I have all bits available.
Polo Performance Services stage 3 frame available which has been sprayed pink (over the red powder coat)

3-4" lower I think dude, the pros defo outweigh the cons.
they make a very good sump guard, so its an excuse to go ally =D save my bacon a few times from popping my sump open
