Title: Clutch issues
Post by: physicsfool on November 24, 2013, 01:01:56 AM
Hi,

So I swapped boxes the other day, everything clutch related looked good so I didn't swap it out. However now I get a slight squeal when I depress the clutch slightly. Stops when I press it a bit more and gear changes seem fine.
Tightened the clutch cable a bit and now it squeals on idle. So tomorrow I will release it a bit again. However I tightened it as it did feel like the clutch was slipping a tad.

Any ideas?

So the wire wool on metal noise is the release bearing? Smashing I will get one sorted this week.
