Hi I am wanting to buy a gt or a g40 for around £1000 not alot i know but could anyone help me please.

check clubpolo, 2 GTs on there, one blue on red. Both around 1k and look tidy.

I'd have a look at Giorgio's blue GT as he does look after his motors and its sub 1k
