Title: slight white/blue smoke on boost
Post by: Freddy77 on July 29, 2013, 09:16:38 PM
i was told yesterday when being followed that when i ran on boost the exhaust smoked, i have had the boost pipes off to makes sure it wasnt the charger and they seem to be dry, got my mrs to give it a couple of revs while i looked and it and it isnt much but comes out on the over run if boosted, quite possible it would be more if under load but i cant see it when driving
not sure any help please

Have you taken off the boost pipe from the top of the rad and then let it run to see if oil spits out?

You put the boost return pipe back on?

could be just sh1t from not being used much - a few g's do it... or could be stem seals - tend to just have a puff of smoke when letting off.
