Hi I have recently been dropping my g40 lump in a loon shell.
I have also fitted an eaton charger, FMIC, 250cc injectors, chip to suit.
I bought a manifold but it was a pile of s*** so haven't fitted.
It all runs and drives but at low revs when setting off the car tends to stall or loose revs so you have to give it some throttle.
I was just wondering if anybody has any ideas what may be wrong?
P.S the car ran perfectly in the last car with the old charger, I have used everything out of the old car in the new one.
Thanks
Jack

Check for leaks, obstructions or dirt in the air mass sensor and re-adjust your idle screw and throttle cable. Also check if your belt is too tight.

Thanks for the reply, I will have a check around.
How would I know if the belt was over tight?

And distributer timing?

Check the CO pot aswell to make sure the resistance is correct.
i had this on my g turbo and it read 1100 ohms and chaged it to 600 and it ran fine.

I'd check your battery is good mine used to cut out and stall at low revs changed the battery and all was well

Should be able to twist charger belt through 90° like a cambelt.
