Just been finalising my insurance.  Managed to get it down by going back and forth to AdrianFlux & Brentacre and took it from £408 full comp, protected no claims etc to £350 to £340 finally with Brentacre.

Just about to ring AF to get my no claims certificate and kinda hoping they won't beat that price again as I don't really want to go backwards and forwards anymore! hehe

I am swapping insurers so I have to ask my old one to send my certificate.  I couldn't find it in any paperwork.

my insurance is just under the £300 mark fully comp and they said it was valued at about 2K. if i remember correctly i think am with swinton.

no claims for mine are on the certificate. i think your previous insurer has to give you the proof by law(but i could be wrong) bunch of scammers anyway
