i ve just finished building my g40 engine after spending near on £7000 on the engine its self and seeing some of you guys running turbos and not hitting 200+ what is the limit??? mines not up and running as yet but would like to compare what ive got to some of your guys mods and what bp your running?

There are a few that are over 200bhp, yoof for example.
And 7k on the engine? What did you do to it?

bottom end rebuild lightend/balanced
conrods
flywheel
cam/adjustable cam gear
clutch
g werks race spec head
4 branch manifold (PPP)
g60 injectors
front mounted intercooler
gear box rebuild with quaife lsd
gt inlet ported/polished
jabba r1 supercharger
65mm tooth pulley
custom straight through exhaust
new lift pump, fuel pump, radiator, starter motor, dizzy cap, alternator ect.... posibly a bit more but cant think.
just got given a ko4 turbo but havent looked into anything to do with turbos as such wanna keep the charger i think just wanna rough idea what it will produce?
i was going on the the rolling road info witch i ve had a look at on here some were close to 200 think the best was 192 dont get me wrong that is pretty impressive!!!

~185bhp give or take a few ponies for different rolling roads, providing you've had it mapped that is and the cam's is 252/276 Schrick.
A true 200bhp isn't hard to do, bolt a K03 onto your engine and you'll be over 200.

252/276 is the one i can either get hold of a ko3s or i ve got a ko4 what would you say is the best one ive read little about them. i mean whats the hassles of doing it? another thing ive just bought that manifold from you pete and havent even used it lol
