Hi i was just wondering what to do for these failures
Service brake efficiency below requirments
Parking brake efficiency below requirments
Offside Rear parking brake recording little or no effort.
CHange brake pads/shoes/handbrake cable and bleed the system?

did they say which "service" brake was below requirements? I'd start off by giving the rear drums a strip down, clean up, grease up and re-assembly before spending any money. Inspect the drums and shoes and replace if any look worn.
