Brake master cylinder

Hi i have one questain i was wondering if u guyz can help me i have bourght myself a mk2 16v master cylinder and i found out that the golf master has one extra brake line outlet than the g40 so i have just put a bleed nipple in the extra hole i just wanted to know that will this be ok.

.   Thanks pete your a top man yeh i just let you no i got my toothed belt pulleys on and the belts that you sent were perfect thanks man

sorry to hijack but when changing to a 22mm master cylinder does the brake servo need changing to one from a mk2 golf 16v ? or do you leave the standard one in ??

no you wont fit a bigger servo in without a lot of work

one more questain dose the old G40 brake fluid resorver fit the golf master cylinder or do you have to change it ?

it fits, but they can be an arse... i.e. takes some kosh to fit!
