Can you list the parts convert the rear drum brakes to disc brakes? It Golf gti MK2 disc and callipers right? What else is needed?

there is some serious porn in this thread, i would how that dudes g60 project is going.

the g on the konis sits really well and should handle really with the koni/eibach setup and r888's, that will be a hoot on the dry roads where you are!

surely if the springs are "coilbound" cutting 1 coil will make no difference to handling or rate of spring , it will just lower the thickness of 1 coil
many race cars run loose springs on coilovers (when raised up) they cause no handling issues
cutting springs is not ideal but if done properly and in the right circumstances i dont see it as a problem
