Does anyone have a digital copy of the workshop manual or know of a website to get it from?
Cheers
Luke

the haynes manual is the only thing there is.

Surprising and disappointing.

VW would have used ELSAwin or equivalent back in the day. Elsawin now is supposed to have all the workshop manuals for all the cars going back to the beetle, I made an effort to download all the dodgy copies available on the internet but none of which had many polo details. Someone made an online version of it, usefull for some other cars....

I got a PDF one. handy just to print out what i need when i need it. my last haynes died from being covered in oil.

Someone used to print a little glovebox sized manual for the Polo including the G40. Quite a clever little effort with drawings rather than photographs. Iirc it was of German origin, but nicely translated.

yeti has one over on clubpolo, might be worth a message
there are also pdf's from autodata for the PY engine sensors and ECU pin-outs in the FAQ's

search autodata and my username and you should find something. I seem to remember uploading a load of stuff about 2 years ago, I think it's pretty much just as grunge said though. Are you after some particular info or just looking to have a reference for future use?
