Title: Rebuilding charger

Hi I'm looking at rebuilding my charger myself as at least I know all parts will actually be going in!
But how hard is it? I'm not a mechanic but do have a far bit of knowledge,
Has anybody got any tips or things that go wrong or bastard bits lol
