Picked up a mastercylinder of ben-91 off here and after 3 days of messing about with new brake lines and flaring kitts my system is refusing to bleed . Are all polos servos the same, e.g this master cylinder worked with a g40 before will it work with my standard polo servo ?

All the servos are the same mate.
You've probably got air trapped near the master cylinder hence the difficulty in bleeding it. Try using an Easibleed kit or similar, that should shift any air.

Yeah dude , ill prob try buying a new bleeding kit, although my rear brake nipples are totally rounded . Will see what i can do

Dont mean to steal this topic but im replacing mine with a golf gti one, is it possible to replace the pipe unions? Or do you have to replace the whole rigid bake lines?

jezza - have to replace the whole line.
Etches - its possible you didnt get the servo push rod in the master cylinder, if you are using the pedal method. Use an eezibleed IMO

Cheers pete will grab that ezibleed thing from screwfix, just read the manual for it seems far superior to the pedal method . Hopefully should work this time

Is the rear compensator open too if you've got the arse up in the air?
They sell ezibleed's in GSF too.

Cheers pete. Has anyone replaced these? Or 1st of all are they easy to get hold of?
Would it be possible to replace the lines with s/s braided hoses?

yeah they are made from cunifer or copper. Tend to buy a tool and the ends and make them myself and bend them into place.
The ss braided are for the flexi to calipers
