Title: teething problems

had to change the belt today and it really isnt fun at all
i got there after my hands beeing red raw and cut all over lol
so did i do it right?
1 undo bolt on top right of supercharger and loosen allen key bolt
then undo bolt on left underneath top pulley then push down on the supercharger

f&*^k your hands up trying to get the belt under the (alternator pulley?) and round the others

then refit everything...

any hints or tips to getting it round the bottom one as it really really wasnt easy at all

its a tight squeeze, but do-able. Ages since I did one tho

room is very tight between the bottom pulley and the chassis leg so it's just a tight squeeze.  If you loosen the engine mount bolts you can use a pry bar to shift the engine over very slightly and then tighten the mounts again.  Sometimes gives you a touch more room but it's always going to be tight.

I changed mine the other day without taking off or moving any engine mounts, its really tight but do-able, took me about 5mins.

i did it the other day and took me an hour honestly it was un real  :-\ dunno might go back to v 's
