i cant see how that massive blue hose goes to a small connector on the tank ... debating modding the charcoal canister and put it back in original position as a catch tank

unless the inlets  have been modified?

i once used a catch tank with reducers (as did RAW) on here.  Mine resulted in a restricted breathing system and loooads of oil all over the floor.

RAWs made him pop a charger seal.

So you need to have no kinks or reducers in the system or you stand a chance of pressurising the crank case and oil finding the easiest way to come out.

had a look at this today .. cant see how a smaller version on a k&n for example would benifit as its blowing rather than sucking?. I can see the pipe idea but would it not muffle the tsshhhh sound? ive made one up tonight

i don't think it would muffle the sound at all, i fitted a filter onto the end of mine when i did the mod and my filter got ever so oily and dripped all over, (over a long period). leaving it exposed shouldn't really be a problem i'd have thought maybe the odd spider invading the tb tho it would just get blown straight back through.
