G40 dilema

Right those who know me (and my car) will be aware that me and Mrs Spot are due our 3rd baby soon, to add further pressure to my senario, we're gonna be moving to a bigger house shortly, its a great thing for our growing family, but I'm having to sacrifice on garage space and spare time(currently dedicated to my G40) to do this.

My car is a daily drive and I certainly can't afford to park it in the(small) garage until time allows me to have a 2nd car for weekend drives as I think that is several plus years away.

So do I sell up??  If I let my modded G go, I'll want a clean break, which means selling my car and every part I've taken off it, plus masses of spares(3 off chargers to boot).  If I do sell I'll not be wanting a crazy price, but would like to see a good home for a complete package?  So looking for suggestions as clock is ticking!

Family first.

If you can't afford to keep it, or get use out of it then I'd sell up and put the money towards the kids and a vasectomy.

Like I said to you at BVF if you still need a car for work etc then its not like they use loads of petrol etc. But if you arent going to have the time for maintenance etc then I suppose it might become a liability if not kept on top of. What would you replace it with is the first question I'd ask.

Also if you are after getting rid of one of the chargers then PM some details as one of mine went kaput last night!

Unfortunately for a seller, prices are rock bottom at the moment. So I'd question what you can get that will do 33mpg with that level of performance as a replacement- you'll always want another one anyway 

Do you have a family car too? Or is the G40 the only one?

She/We have  an A4 Avant TDi Quattro Sport............... family car MPG, good handling and ride, bit short on power, but hey you can't ahve it all, and certainly can't choose G over it

well under price remove the subframe and exhaust and replace with standard items you say you have and then that g is worth £2500 all day long!

exhaust is at least £250+ all day long!
subframe £550ish new and worth £400 2nd hand again all day long!

your car standard with few mods worth £2000 easy then your got at least £2000 2nd hand price in spares and upgrades!

i under stand you want to get ride of every thing but dont fucking throw money away and in a year or two regret it!

Or give me your G40 ill sell loads of parts then give you £2500 and still have a working g40 for nothing!

you say you have a 3rd kid on the way so your going to throw money away witch could of been spent on him!
