Has anyone here used John Mitchell Racing for work on their G40? Any comments on the place? Thanks  :)

What sort of work are you looking to have done?  Never heard the name...

Nothing particularly special - just a cam belt change and changing the supercharger timing belt. I know someone who's more than happy to do the cam belt, but they normally send the 'chargers off to Jabbasport for any work. I could do the supercharger timing belt myself, I know, but it's a massive pain in the bum getting it back in due to the way the pipework connects to the intercooler and usually involves a fair amount of me getting annoyed at it, so if I could get a one-stop shop to do both, that would be awesome...

Ah, just been doing a bit of searching online. There's quite a bit of talk about them on Dubforce and the feedback looks pretty good. Happy days  :)

Charger timing belt with the charger off is a 2minute job.  Timing belt only a couple of hour job too.

Getting the charger off and replacing the belt isn't really a problem. I always seem to take forever to get the charger back on and get the charger to intercooler pipe connected. There isn't much space and I don't really seem to have the knack of being able to get it back on... I'm not too comfortable with replacing the cam belt myself, besides, I always seem to turn a job that will normally take a few hours into a day-long marathon of getting annoyed and swearing at anything and everything around me  ;D

Believe me, it's far less hassle for me to get someone else to do it...
