Will the bar-tec or the maxrpm kits work on an eaton charger and will sizing be ok ? If anyone could help would be great

All i can tell you is that they fit on the shaft, as my 65mm pulley does. But you're probably better off getting Mini ones

I can only imagine the tooth profile on the pulleys will be different from the eaton pulley
For example you cant run a toothed supercharger belt on your timing belt because the grooves are different space and profile

G40 toothed pulleys are i bit bigger then the eaton shaft.
I made it fit myself and used the complete toothed pulley kit.
Fitted an opel toothed belt and it is done.
