Is it your sensor Jon? Plenty here you can have for nowt! You should check with Tez an adam (Pidge) about th seats. As Adam sold his full interior to nay, and Tez has two front seats.

Yeah man just stuff I don't need or will never use. Got a mad push on now to get all the cars usable and enjoyable. Also now been a year in the unit, old cars have been going, new cars arriving. Interesting times for all. Were all hoping on hitting some track days together.

I do have a g40 cam cover on the golf, I'll be replacing it with a mk2 ally one when I get time to polish it or paint it. You in dire need or replacing another? I'm after another mk2 ally one

Hmm.. been thinking of selling the golfie. Although not really worth a lot in its current state. I shall have a ponder on the panel, i'll check the old girl at the weekend and see what I decide. (If I keep it it's gonna get a resto at some point, i'll dig about the arch/inside and see whether the panel will benefit me).

As for the rocker cover, i'm in no huge rush. Its for the 1043 G40. I've built the engine up with a standard rocker cover for now, would be nice to run the boost return if it doesn't go bang on first setup!

Let us know. Did you ever get the wishbone brace bar fitted on your golf.. or has it been too low?

I bought the panel for 60 quid earlier last year, however as mine is a 3 door and after inspecting the state of my arches, i can get away with just an inner and outer arch repair panel, and save the full quarter for someone who may find more use from it, even if it I end up taking a monetary hit.

Never got the brace fitted to the golf mate, it's still too low on the 14s especially now its on the banded steels with 195/40s fitted, however whenever i get round to welding up the rear arches, I will actually be able to run the borbets without taking chunks out the tyres (raising the rear more isnt an option haha, already done it twice!)

will give you a nod whenever I've got round to swapping over the rocker covers!

btw i got a new welder the other day, migatronic rally 166 with a eurotorch, absolutely love it, miles apart from the lil SIP hobby welder i was learning on
