This is all going to be a bit pie in the sky, but I'm curious.
I had my G40 on the rollers at the 2006 Club Polo rolling road day, and it made 136bhp and 139lbs/ft with the following mods:
Full Blend Supercharger; SNS Stage 5 chip; Bosch 250cc "Green" Injectors; 68mm pulley; GT inlet manifold; De-restricted airbox; Longlife stainless steel exhaust with decat pipe;
I've since fitted toothed belts and had a bespoke PSD remap, bringing it up to similar spec to Robin's when it ran at the same RR day. So an estimated 145-150 - does sound like a big gain from the toothed belts but hey.
In the next few months I'm having a polished and ported head, fast road cam and probably a vernier pulley, plus a rolling road setup and remap on Regal Autosport's rollers.
What do you reckon it'll be making afterwards?
The engine and charger have done just under 100k and do feel very strong.
