Removing main shaft

Hi taking my supercharger apart tonight and got the the shaft and will not budge, has moved down a bit but cannot get it to go any further.
Any recommendations?

the key hole, large one will not budge struggling to get it out, and it just damaging it!

key way you mean.
Side cutting pliers... a really strong grip as low down as poss on the keway. then I tend to bash my hand with the other hand. I.e. it goes upwards not side to side which you may do pulling it out with one hand

Key way yes sorry, the small one came out easy, the large one looks like the shaft has been pressed too hard one side causing the key way to form at the bottom, it will not come out, the side cutters has cut it to pieces?!
