Does anyone know anything about this 40

Hi there
Just wondering if anyone on here recognise this 40 i am looking at on ebay. If so do you know anything about its history, is it a good one or not?
I was originally looking for a OEM one in black or poss red. I guess this can be put back to standard (apart from the full exhaust).
