Ok, jabbsport do a stage 4 consisting of

* Performance upgrade including service
* Completely dismantle, clean & inspect all components
* Casings Glass Bead blasted for a professional finish
* Port/Flow G-Lader Outlet
* Modify casing chambers to aid cooling to diffuser counter shaft bearing
* Port diffuser / scroll
* Replacement of bearings (steel cage)
* Replace oil seals with upgrade high pressure oil seals
* Re-new APEX seals
* Re-new outer shaft steel ring
* Upgrade to wide timing belt
* Balanced
* Application of special coating to enhance boost
* Re-assembly of G-Lader
* Pressure test
* Certificate of G-Lader rebuild with serial number

but what did the PSD Fullblend do that was different from the jabba? im just curious to know.

Performance upgrade including service
* Completely dismantle, clean & inspect all components (that should be done in any charger service)
* Casings Glass Bead blasted for a professional finish (psd used to paint them)
* Port/Flow G-Lader Outlet (psd ported them extremely)
* Modify casing chambers to aid cooling to diffuser counter shaft bearing (psd would port here as well)
* Port diffuser / scroll (psd would port these extremely too)
* Replacement of bearings (steel cage)  (psd would replace these too - however quite a few charger service companies do not replace the outlet side bearing, as it is an ar5e to get out and they are about £35-40 a bearing)
* Replace oil seals with upgrade high pressure oil seals  (psd would replace seals - they need to be replaced if you are either porting, or replacing bearings)
* Re-new APEX seals (they'd do that)
* Re-new outer shaft steel ring (only jabba do this as they have them specially made - £20 on their site)
* Upgrade to wide timing belt (psd would do this)
* Balanced (not sure what this means - presumably, re apply the balance weight inside)
* Application of special coating to enhance boost (aka charger grease, again psd would've done)
* Re-assembly of G-Lader
* Pressure test
* Certificate of G-Lader rebuild with serial number - (psd might sign theirs inside)

basically above describes a strip down, service and port of a g-lader. the only 'mod' done is the porting.

psd do port scrolls, or have in every full blend i've had apart! jabba do too...

g-werks tend to leave them alone
