Got chance to get my hands on a compression tester, I had suspicions that head gasket was going, its leaking oil and water, and looks like there is oil in the water.
Results
Cylinder1- 145psi
Cylinder2- 150psi
Cylinder3- 155psi
Cylinder4- 155psi
I don't really know where to go from here, any help would be great
Cheers

Rich,
Those pressures look strong, what colour are the plugs?
Could of course be fluid in the combustion chamber upping your CR ;)

Ah nice to hear, what is average pressures then?
The plugs were all dry slightly blacky, brown, they look normal.
Fluid in the combustion chamber upping my CR?
Thanks

water or oil in the cylinder can seal up small gap's in the piston rings giving it a seal allowing it to up the compression.
i think (only thinking) 10 bar is quick good.
between 8/10 bar i think is acceptable..
but thats just memo from haynes..

Just to bump this thread up, I've ended up with a poorly G this weekend after winding the boost up. Boost was set to 21psi but it suffered a creep at top revs and something went pop and she overheated in a matter of seconds. My compression test results were as follows;
149 163 168 160
