Dear all
If you've not been before - get yourself down! bbq, cars, booze, bands, dancing, fancy dress, dodgems, its all there. Most of us get there from friday lunch onwards and leave around sunday lunch. Its the most chilled out and fun show of the year with plenty of air and water cooled show n shine, concours, auto jumble, cars for sale etc.
I have booked club stand/camping for us BUT if you dont want to camp in the random section you need to pre-book. I.e. if 12 people prebook and allocate themselves to the club, we get a club stand/pitch for 12! Get booking now to avoid disappointment and lets make it a big one this year.

you need a password to associate yourself with the club. Its 'supercharged'.
Don't forget that you need to have paid in full before the 30th June 2012 after which no further bookings will be accepted!

I'll be there, not sure if it'll be the Ibiza or G40 though. Should I book a spot with the club or stay out of it as I may be in a non-G40? I always find it looks weird when there's a modern/ out of place car in a club stand. I don't mind either way. If I have the G40 OTR, I'll be in that.

I just parked the Audi/trailer at the back last time. Sam usually brings his Corrado too, we're not snooty enough to turn cars away, just shun them to the back!

Will probably be actually in the Polo this year, hopefully the white one. Normally BVF coincides with our camping holiday but as its later we'll just come down in the polo.

not a bad idea that. although yours is further than bvf now for me. I still might do that! I'm actually considering getting a cheapish mk2 polo for the summer

Gutted to say, this is now looking really unlikely. Moving house the week afterwards, ought to spend the weekend sorting stuff for the move.

Like making sure your tent still works before the move, also getting lots of fresh air prior to lifting heavy boxes is key- and you'll need to check your camera still works too. Also I'd wash cars before moving, you might aswell do it all in a field near Malvern...!

Jezza, what did you actually book with BVF? I think we normally have what classes as more of a trade area than just normal club camping. We normally ask to be next to club polo too (although I'm not fussed about that).
