Brand new Emerald K3 ECU kit with 3 bar map sensor
For sale is a complete stand alone engine management system from Emerald. I bought this kit directly from Emerald as well as a 3 bar (absolute) map sensor.
It has only ever been taken out of the box once, and that was to take the photos for this advert.
ECU features such as:
Map switching - ECU can store up to 3 seperate maps and user can switch between them on the fly
Exhaust Gas Temperature - reduce boost or add fueling if EGT goes above user set limits

Bought during a group buy a few of years ago, they didn’t come with fittings so these will need to be made up. There is a small amount of damage where it came lose one time and made contact with the window wiper linkage, this is not visible when fitted properly. Please see photos below:

As you can see, this is brand new in the box and has never been used. The spec sheet for this camshaft is shown below:

BMW 530D intercooler and BMW E46 3 series intercooler
Both in pretty good condition, end tanks are solid, there are the usual damage to some of the fins but overall very good intercoolers for front mount G40 conversions. The 530D diagram is shown below, followed by a photo of the two intercoolers. In the photo, the 530D intercooler is the silver one at the bottom, the black one is the E46 intercooler.

256mm brake setup for mk3 polo with braided hoses
Had these fitted to my G40 with Raicam pads, and was a much better brake setup than standard. Worth running these with a 22mm master cylinder. Discs and pads not included, postage is heavy so will need to get a quote for final price.
