supercharger and engine questions.

I have just been given back a sum of cash from the tax man, and what better way to spend it then on my polo.

Im thinking of going R1 spec on my charger and wondered if there was anything else I needed to upgrade to match it.

Would I need to upgrade my injectors, engine internals etc...

I know i would either need a chip or a re-map to suit it but is there any other upgrades i would need to carry out?

Any help would be great.

recommend a 65mm pulley for best gains from the charger.

You would definitely want to use Toothed belt conversion so you have no slip.

Cannot remember the limit figure of standard injectors but any G40 above 150-155bhp has been using G60 green type injectors which are 250cc, Which PPP could also sort a map for.

As far as engine internals, there is no needed modifications just assure engine is well serviced and checked over.

Stock injectors are ok for an R1 and toothies. You can go bigger to be on the safe side but you'll need a remap to suit.
