Just getting this started to get number's. Already emailed them and will be calling quaife tomorrow to get details on numbers needed and what discount we will get.

If your serious about getting one then stick your names down on here as im sure the more we can get the better this discount would be. If we cant get enough i will ask around other forums.

TSR sell them at £639 incl vat with £12 postage so direct from quaife should be a lot cheaper. Hopefully these will be in the region of £550.

James - if they can do a better discount if a company sets a trade account up with them, then let me know and we can do it through PPP.

Not entering the group buy - but as a Quaife owner, this will make a lot of difference to your car, but in a good way! It's just as easy to drive as standard, but without lighting up the inside wheel all the time. Worth the investment! Cool

Ok got an email from quaife and phoned them. Not really that great prices but still saving some money.

They said:

Hello

Thank you for your enquiry, I can confirm that if you wish to order a
baulk buy from ourselves I can offer:

10 people = 10%
15 people = 15%
20 people = 20%

So at £595 plus vat and £10 postage that would be £714. We can probably get 10 so that would make it £71.40 discount and total would be £642.60 plus £10 postage. Same price as what TSR sell them so really unless we can get like 20 people there is no point of doing this.

Andy, they said trade is only a 5% discount and we are better off with a group buy.

Have sent an email to TSR already and Im gonna speak to them tomorrow and see if they can do a deal with us as they are £639 plus £12 postage but i can pick these up.

If TSR cant do a good discount i will post this on club polo and see what response we get from them.

I think Andy means they might do some better group buy rates for a trade company.  So giving it a wild stab in the dark, you might get another 5% off.  But I don't see how trade discount can only be 5%, surely TSR are selling at a loss then?

I said to them if my friend sets up a trade account with you would it be better but he said only give 5%.

He said TSR might have done a bulk buy at some point and now selling them at a cheaper rate, although i do remember TSR selling all diffs at a cheaper rate a few months back. They did some big group buy i think.

I'm surprised that there's 7 people on the list already! Not bad for 24 hours or so!

If we get to 20 then it's basically VAT free! Cheesy
