Whats the best method for cutting out the fog light holes??
I was thinking drill out holes then use a hack saw, then file down. Would this be a good method??

one of those mini circular saw things on a dremel does a pretty good job of it too.

stanley knife is ok.  Dont go right to the outer of the hole... the OEM foglight bumpers have a ridge inside this.

I've cut the bumper with a stanley knife, you need a brand new really sharp blade.  And you have to use a fair bit of force and be careful not to slip!  I reckon using a dremel gives you more control
