Photo of a set of PSD phase 2 toothies I sold a while back. Note the difference in size if keyway on alternator and charger pulley.
I've owned 5 or 6 sets of PSD toothies over the years I've owned G40's and all have fitted perfectly on charger and alternator.

Makes me wonder what I bought then; new, stamped PSD and mk2 spec. Is this one of a questionable batch that was on the go a few years ago, alledgedly PSD but marketed by a guy called Juan iirc. Either way it's a case of buyer beware I suppose and apart from the keyway problem, they have worked just fine. Also apologies to Insight G40 for cutting across his sale thread. Don't doubt they'll sell mate.

From what I know about it there was two different types on phase 2s, each was made of a different material and had a different type of anodising. must of been an early batch of phase 2s as I have heard about this problem before.
