Hi guys, is the white sensor connected to the throttle body the throttle position sensor? If so do you know where I could get a new one seeing as they are obsolete from vw and gsf can't match one either? Thanks

Probs a new throttle body / somebody might be breaking one (in fact i  might have a spare). Its a rare part to go though.

there is no throttle position sensor.  There is an idle switch and a full throttle switch which this connector connects to.

I'd open up the cover on the end of the throttle body and check the state of the wiring.

Is it just a switch? Been a while since I've looked at a TB but surely you could just get one from RSonline or maplin or the like? They normally have a code of some sort on micro switches.
