Like hayesey said is it really brand new get some pics up, especially for £150. I have been searching everywhere for heads as I needed one for my rebuild.  I paid £108 from a breakers couldn't find a new anywhere.

Yup brand spanker!

Got it today, ebay number 270740427955.

Part number is 030103265BX which i believe is for an NZ engine which is a 1.3 IIRC.

I'll just swap the exhaust valves over and lap them in.

If it turns out to be a 1.0 litre head then i have cocked up however the seller is ok for it to be returned if it is wrong.

Just comparing it to mine that I took of my G40, fair play looks pretty similar to me mate.

Could be on to a winner, cheap as fook as well if it's brand new

it's off a mk2 that, can see the fuel pump drive lobe on the cam.  You'll have to block up the fuel pump hole with a plate but otherwise ebay has given you some nice head

the exhausts and inlets are different on a g40 (not by  much but diff part number on the inlets and slightly longer). personally i'd get a machine shop to cut them in

Cylinde head is all good. Has 8mm valve guides and doesn't need the fuel pump blank either. Happy days. Had it skimmed today so it's ready to have some G40 valves lapped in.
