Hi folks

Does any body know what fitting size is used to connect the oil feed to the pressure sensor feed on the back of the head?

Just a quick other question while im here... Do I need to drill out the oil pressure feeds out the back of the head to gain more flow?

Cheers

M10x1mm.
I have a K03 and 'port' in the head doesn't seem to be a problem, nor have I ever heard of anyone enlarging it. Should be fine providing the hose is suitable.

Cheers dude.. Thats perfect I can get the hose ordered from hose solutions this afternoon Grin

I hadn't seen anyone enlarging it in any build threads but I just had to ask with it looking so small compared to the size of the hose  Cool

Yeah I think the hose needs to be bigger, but the port itself is OK.

My oil feed pipe looks a tad small (like a G-lader item)

Hi, can anybody confirm the hose specs for the feed to K03 before I order from Hose Solutions.

Specs I have:

*Stainless braided hose (-4).  Length 600mm.
*M10x1mm banjo fitting
*M12x1.5mm male right-angle fitting
*M10x1mm banjo bolt and copper washers

Thanks, Ian.

Aye, those are the specs I PM'd you Wink

Edit: It's worked out well for me. Length includes the fittings.
M12x1.5mm male right-angle fitting fits better if it's not a banjo, it's better straight-on....if you know what I mean...

As in just a male thread straight into the oil feed port in the housing?.....if i'm correct in knowing what you mean....... Tongue

hehe. Picture a thousand words 'n all that:

Hose solutions sent me an adapter to fit their hose (in the pic)... I just emailed them the specs above and they sorted it all inc the adapter but not the M10 banjo bolt for £30 delivered iirc.

Edit: Adapter is on the turbo end, not the T-piece into the head

I just ended up sending Ben the fittings from the turbo and Oil preasure banjo and the length I required.. as I wasn't sure what fitting my turbo was.
