Is there any one in or around near Preston Lancashire that would be willing to drive there G to mine. Just for the sole reason of locating where all the vacuum pipes go to and from and to follow your loom and see what is missing from mine.

It would only be for around an hour or so just to cross check everything

It would be a great help

Im just after finding out where some of the pipes should be leading off to. And what the bracket is in the last pic.

In the first pic i have two pipes that t piece out from the vacuum pipe to the master brake cylinder.

The second pic i want to know where the bottom and the clear/brown pipe goes too, i think by looking at it, it may go to the charcole  canister.

In the third pic what attaches to the little brass elbow at the bottom of the throttle body.

Cheers

top  - one goes to fuel pressure pod on fuel rail, other to ecu
2nd, it goes to a pipe under inlet manifold with a t in it. (inlet to isv)
3rd goes to the top of flying saucer in 2nd pic
4th - its an additional charger bracket, mounts to exhaust manifold/engine mount/outlet dome

Just another quicky, Do I need to purchase a new coolant pipe from the heater matrix to the coolant pipe at the back of the block.

The standard pipe on the polo block has a larger fitment than the one on the G so my hose is too baggy, I haven't got enough length to pull some through and chop it to fit.

these are early/late spec i believe so you need an earlier one i think, which tend to be smaller.

see my post above!! goes to bottom of inlet manifold!!!

Sorry pete i seem to have confused myself

In my first pic there are two vac pipes coming from the brake servo pipe, the top one goes to the fuel pressure pod, where does the other one go to?

The flying saucer the top one goes to the brass elbow in my third picture. and the bottom one goes to the T-Piece under the manifold, And the brown one goes to the charcoal canister.

Is that right just to confirm.
