Sorry if they've been asked before but if all my answers are in one place, makes it easier for reference Wink

1.) on a k03, which way round do the water pipes go? (in & out). Where's the best place to T in the water return pipe?

2.) I'm getting a forge dump valve and Plumbing it into the intercooler to TB pipe. Where does the smaller pipe that connects to the DV plumb into?

Probably will be more questions as I go along.

Cheers Wink

That should be a link to my old blog on Club Polo. Details all the stuff I did to get a K03'd G40 setup working.

cheers andy Wink

from what I see the water in is spliced in from the rad top hose and water out goes to the expansion tank top hose?

does the small pipe from the dv go to the small pipe on the turbo that joins the actuator?

The vac pipe needs to connect to the vacuum system somewhere under the throttle plate. Won't work connected to the pipe to the actuator
