Memories.......I'm one of the original members of Club G40! Jules, you still in Brackley? Can't believe you've still got the G, that was ages ago! I used to see you at the VW meets in Northampton now and again - even bought one of your 'Supercharged' stickers from you, I was in the red G40 - sold it to a lad called Paul from Derby (I think) and last I heard my car ended up in Jersey somewhere....

I was at the Queen Eleanor pub in Northampton on Sunday and saw a bit of a 'meet' going on and saw a G40 there so thought I'd get on here and see what's happening nowadays...saw your post and thought I'd register....

I still look back on the days of G40 ownership with fond memories, embarrassing other car drivers when I left them standing, Club G40 rolling road days etc, although I don't miss the constant worry of whether the charger is gonna blow up....
