how do everyone.

You should have got your e-ticket by now?  print it off and present it on arrival.  Yes they've charged postage and packing *(admin fee apparently) but you wont get anything through the post.

When get to the stand you need a club display pass from me.  As there are only 10 and we might have more on the stand (though club polo may have some spares),   you'll need this when you go/come back to get in to the main showground on show day or they'll be funny and direct you to the car park.

Any questions? clear as mud?

BVF has a saturday night fancy dress theme.  Sometimes we bother (twice i think - once as vicars, the other as mechanics in overalls!) sometimes we don't.

suggestions are as follows.
1. Hawaiian/shirt shirts?
2. Wearing a shit awful hat.
3. DOn't bother!

I have had them on the phone to me this morning, saying that as we booked a club display area we technically have a seperate area to camp in and the passes are so we can move the cars from place to place, i told them this wasn't what we wanted and that Club Polo and Club G40 should all be together in one place with parking and camping behind so hopefully it will be ok. I have 10 passes anyway and not that many people booked.

I'll be there early tomorrow so give me a shout if you want to know whats going on.

Too late really for fancy dress, although we usually find some random shit there!

Was good banter, nice to put some more (forum!) names to faces!

Love the chilled atmosphere at BVF, has always been a good show to relax and have a chat over several beers.
