MK4 Polo AEX cast exhaust manifold - I had a laser-cut flange made up to 'flip' the manifold upside down. I then used 8mm mild steel to create a flange for the T25 turbo, which was professionally TIG welded to the manifold. It's not the best looking manifold in the world but its very strong (being cast) and seals up perfetly. The manifold also gives you the option to fit different turbos from the garrett range, like the T2 or T28.

Garrett T25 turbo - The turbo is now in need of a rebuild, or replacing.

Turbo down pipe - made from mild steel. Its had several coats of VHT paint and has been heat wrapped to control under bonnet temperatures. The diameter is 2.5" directly from the turbo outlet.

GT Head,

Freshly refurbed g40 rocker cover, looks like new.

G40 ECU with chip - ECU works as it should and is fitted with a Pistop developments 250cc EPROM chip.

Brand new water pump.

Brand new timing belt.

Brand new Head bolts.

Braided turbo oil feed - This is a 'Hose Solutions' item. Very good condition (cost over £40 alone). Included are the appropriate banjo fittings for the cylinder head and turbo.

Heavy duty 16mm ID turbo oil return pipe.

Turbo coolant T-pieces, and banjo fittings.

Oil catch tank/ pipe/ filter- This is a homemade rectangle-shape tank, painted matt black. Includes the pipe for the crankcase breather and breather filter. There's a drain pug at the bottom of the tank.

2.5" exhaust system - Again, homemade. Mild steel with VHT paint, including a single 'Hedman' turbo muffler.

Pm me if interested, pics on request
