what goes into making a turboed g40?

i'd really like to buy this summer a conversion g40 or something i can play with and loved yoofs turbo.  now im clued up with the g40's but dont know enough to start building my own turboed one.

assuming you have a decent py whats the main stuff you'd have to buy to get started  engine wise only...  

lets say for about 180 bhp-200 bhp.

correct me if im wrong but a down pipe?  where from?

A turbo, but which one and where from?  someone explain the differing ones ko2 ko3?  whats this mean?  

injectors?  which ones?  

cam?

oil cooler?

etc etc?  fitting, im not worried about.  knowing whats needed - my issue. :wub:

any info or a thread that goes into detail but still keeps it understandable would be interesting.

my friend mgm (milen) have polo g40 too .. he has g40 genesis but try to insert in it one street lamp

milen's exhaust system is f63mm
exhaust mainfold is handmade
but because the master of the mainfold was a big fool milen have to made flange for oil filter
you need new oil path to turbo (with more f) and restrictor for oil path
need downpipe too... again DIY

I'm from Hungery!I don't speak in english so good... Forgive me for it.
But i have a big problem.In my VW Polo G40 the G recharging was died.In Hungary I can't buy a new recharging.Can somebody help me, that where are can buy it?
