intercooler

hi guys,
 im going turbo and need and intercooler , what kinda size intercooler will i be needing ?? planning on running around 200bhp eventualy. i hear seirra cosworth 4x4 intercoolers are good , henery on the classifieds as a couple of bmw b30d intercoolers up for sale will these fit the bill nicely or will i need bigger the dimensions for the bmw intercooler are 99x566mm with 60 mm diameter inlet and outlet, also whats the optimum size piping for boost pipes any ideas

if your running anything over a bar id keep away from plastic end caps, i run a escort cosworth intercooler fits nice and has a charge cooler on the side but they are not easy to find!

ok whats better a charge cooler or a intercooler ??
