right, after some extensive research and now testing...   I can to supply rebuild kits for g40s and one off spares should people need them. Each part is the same as a g60 apart from the centre bearing

Viton oil seals - the same as a g-werks and psd chargers i recently serviced (size and make)
2x scroll £14 each  - £28 the pair

1x outlet side £6 each

1x inner pulley side - £7.50 each

1x outer pulley side - £5.50 each

full set £45

FAG bearings
2x countershaft bearings £5 each

1x pulley side main bearing £6.50

1x outlet side bearing (these are often not replaced as they can be hard to get out and they are a dear bearing) £43

1x IKO scroll bearing (IKO have been in PSD/Gwerks Chargers) £18

Full set of bearings £70

Optibelt/Gates - as used originally - but 12mm wide timing belt £6

1x set of apex seals.  Remade for us in Sintimid beige compound as used by vw in the 1993 (the same company!) onwards supercharger. Beware of rolls of cheap stuff being sold on ebay - this is massproduced crapola.  These are cut to oem specs and are aperfect fit
 £80 a set

£190 - full set

for £3 can also supply a set of 12.9 zinc coated bolts for the casing

NOW i can supply bonding agent for the seals - as used on g-ladersiete.de - good stuff £7 for 10g

30g of kluber grease - brilliant stuff - charger needs to be apart to use though! £5

Would be well intrested, could help fill in the gaps of what I can't get if you sold individual parts. Could almost get everything bar a few seals a bearing and strip seals are a bitch to get hold of.

Would be an awesome service!

only a couple of quid for the postage on bolts... full Kits cost about £6.50 to post insured

Are the bearings particularly hard to remove pete?

you need to heat the casings to remove bearings and use a freezer/heat to fit new ones
