I might make an events calendar for the site at some point but for now, is any one planning on doing any track days this year?

I was planning on going to Anglesey at the end of this month (March) but due to my passat needing a load of suspension arms for the MOT I don't think I'll be able to afford it.  Will have to see!  Also running out of time to get my subframe fitted, diff fitted and get the alignment sorted by then, mainly due to me being lazy or working on this website the last week or so.

I'm also planning on going to Castle Combe on April 19th with a couple of mates.

Not planned anything after that but will def be doing more.  Don't think I'll make the Nurburgring this year due to money.

Anyone else up for doing some track days?

Mentioned this to Yoof a few days ago. I would be up for a few track days.

Are people looking t go weekends as they tend to be alot more expensive. I am lucky in that my work over the summer is very flexible so can take the odd day off whenever I like.

http://bookatrack.com is normally where I find track days.

I know max_crox has attended Curborough Sprint Course and says its a good day out.

Daily rentals for Curborough are quite good. It's a hillclimb track, you get it all to yourself for the day and there's plenty of run off if you cock it up. Might be worth organising a Club G40 closed track day?
