Hello all, nice to see a few of the old G40 lot still knocking about! I just got another GT again and ended up on here after finding out PSD is no more  Sad
Anyway, anyone know how Duck got on with his project? Last thing I read he was aiming for 235BHP but I dunno if he ever got there and I was just curious really!

What sort of power are people getting from G's nowadays? Is there a reliable eaton kit that was made available.... so much catching up to do! ^_^

dont think theres much about as far as eaton kits go. Most people aiming for big power now are going down the turbo route. Sure there's a couple around with about 220bhp or so. Think yoof had somewhere around this without the nos he has!

Most people gave up chasing 200bhp out of a PY block.

1w bottom end is where the majority of the 200bhp will be coming from. Although I am yet to see a 200+bhp polo tame the power outside a drag strip.

Strangely enough, just chatting with the wife before coming online and were gonna pop up his house this arvo, he's still got his Eaton'd monster, and he was kicking out 230ishBHP prior to his final maping with Beavis late last summer(I had a ride and it was very quick then!!), they estimated another 20bhp on that since.

I'll hopefully get a full update later!!
