I am asking did he use a custom adapters...
I fit golf 2 (1.8 mono engine) brake to original polo support not vent. disk... and guess what i put vent. disk 239 and everything is ok...
This is good solution to make 239 vent. disks when you don't have original g40 brakes!

But for 256 disk i want to know disk are from what?! Are they from golf or ...
please post pics to this calipers and support when they are not on the car...  Roll Eyes

5 cyl Audi 90 and Audi Coupe Carriers (early models).  Ive just tried doing a search for ekta part numbers to no avail, they used to be a big list of particular cars to use.  I'll do abit of digging.

Edit... Pre 1986 models (C reg to us in UK)

Calipers can be any 256mm golf ones and Golf 256mm vented 22mm Discs.

EDITED Grin  Sorry Nick, Didn't flick to the previous page to see your piccies you posted Smiley

Paul, there is no such car as an Audi 80 5 cylinder, as thats the point of the Audi 90 Grin

You need a set of Girling 54 type calipers

A set of carriers from either of 3 cars pictured in my previous post (B2 Audi 90 petrol, B2 Audi coupe GT5, B2 Passat GL5) = 1984 -1985

and a set of 256 discs from a 1991 Golf GTI 16v.

The V6 is probably a B3 Audi coupe or B4 Audi 80 quattro unless its had a conversion? The carrier mounting holes on these changed to a gap of 96mm like the mk2 golfs iirc.

Some of the B2 quattros had 280mm brakes just to complicate things a bit Cheesy

Yes.

Supports from B2 Audi 90 2.2 or B2 Audi Coupe 2.2 5 cylinder.
