hello to everyone,
i have just bought a g40 this weekend  Grin and have been using this site as an excellent source of info.
will try get some pics up soon but unfortunately the car is covered in snow at the moment.

please bear with me if i ask simple questions, never owned a car with a supercharger.... or drum brakes come to that.

looking forward to g ownership Smiley

hi guys thanks for the welcome.

its a j reg black g40, completely bog standard. its in need of a full service ( belts/fluids etc) which i will be doing within the next week, if the weather holds up and i can get all the parts.and then get the brakes and suspension upgraded.

for the time being will be just renewing bits to get it running spot on, maybe in the future might look at more hp but for now it will be staying as it is.

the g40 will be used as a daily driver, i have another car that is my weekend/dry weather toy

Blimey Ahmed, you've gone from one of the best handling ever hot hatches in the Clio Williams to a shopping trolley chassis'd G40? It'll be different to say the least! Shocked
Nice to hear you're gonna give the G a thorough service before worrying about modding it. Sensible. Smiley
