Whats your available like over Dec/Jan for mapping? and what sorta price we looking at? Is it done by the hour, or X amount for a mapping session and Y for tweaking later?

It is worthwhile getting larger injectors now, and getting the map done to suit, or just sticking with the greens if im happy around 170-180?
I'd stick with the greens if you're aiming for 170-180bhp, and I think you'll also be able to stick with the stock MAP sensor at that power too. A K03 and turbo cam at 15psi is good for 170-175bhp, so a T25 with GT cam is likely to be in a similar ball park.

We charge £300/day for mapping, and that's plenty of time to get a map done as long as there are no mechnical failures and we start mapping in the morning. I've got no availability during December (I'm away with work at the mo), there might be 1 slot at the end of Jan - but it can be very weather dependant at that time of year!

Best to email our chips address (chips@poloperformanceparts.co.uk) to arrange getting booked in - I've got a few people on a waiting list already for the New Year.

Looking to get a chip from yous very soon, Within the next few weeks hopefully. As i emailed S-tech and they said my current chip is only setup for 1 bar of boost? So does that mean it would of been running lean above 14psi ? Anyway more to the point. What would be the best chip to use.

Current turbo setup:

Volvo T5 turbo on a tubular manifold.
250cc injectors
Turbo cam ? Im not sure what make it is, Its only got 3 numbers on :S but the lobes are pretty big and it looks like its got marks where its been profiled.
GT inlet with Dewedged TB.
unsure about the map sensor ? Will be buying one from you most likely.
Ported and polished head
Front Mounted IC

Thanks,

Nicky.

Nicky - PM'd you back again.

timmitime - will ping you a reply via email. I'll start doing mapping again end of Jan 2012, at the moment the weather's too bad to do any on-road mapping.
